Tattooed & Timeless is an online retail store selling print-on-demand apparel and accessories. Our products are produced and fulfilled by Printify and its network of print providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1.3 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in the final printed product may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing. These variations do not constitute a defect.
1.4 Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available through our checkout.
1.5 Order Acceptance
Tattooed & Timeless reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel your order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued.

3. Refund & Return Policy

All products sold by Tattooed & Timeless are custom print-on-demand items produced specifically for each order through Printify. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
3.1 Eligible Refunds & Replacements
We will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you in the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., printing error, misaligned graphic, ink bleed)
- The wrong item or size was sent due to a fulfillment error
- The item was lost in transit and not delivered within the expected timeframe
3.2 How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a claim, email us at support@tattooedandtimeless.com within 30 days of your delivery date. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
Once we verify the issue, we will either ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3.3 Non-Eligible Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
- Change of mind after the order has been placed
- Slight color variations between the product image and the printed item due to monitor calibration or print process
- Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
3.4 Cancellations
Because our products go into production quickly, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that production can be stopped. Contact us immediately at the email below if you need to cancel.

4. Shipping Policy

All orders placed at tattooedandtimeless.com are produced and shipped on-demand through Printify's network of print providers. Shipping times consist of two components: production time and transit time.
4.1 Production Time
After your order is placed, it enters production within 1-3 business days. Production involves printing, quality checking, and packaging your item. Production times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays.
4.2 Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced and handed off to a carrier, estimated transit times are:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5-14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
4.3 Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the fulfillment provider assigned to your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
4.4 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@tattooedandtimeless.com.
4.5 International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that customs fees may apply and agree to pay any such charges upon delivery.
4.6 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at the email below. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet entered production, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
4.7 Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or ship a replacement.
